2. Our Products
My Cheer Journal offers personalized training and season journals for cheerleading teams.
The Team Edition is customized according to the information provided by the customer, including:
Team name
Team colors
Team logo
The product is a 40-page A5 journal.
3. Customization
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for customization is correct.
This includes, in particular, the team name, colors and uploaded logo.
We use the submitted information to create the customized journal ordered by the customer.
Once production has started, changes to customization details may no longer be possible.
4. Team Logos and Content
By uploading a team logo or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and provide that material for the purpose of producing the ordered journals.
You remain responsible for the content you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse materials that clearly infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in US dollars (USD).
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered during checkout, including PayPal.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
6. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation contains the details of your purchase and the information required to process your order.

7. Production and Shipping
Customized journals are produced after the order has been received and the required customization information has been provided.
Estimated production and shipping times are stated on the website or communicated with the order where applicable.
Delivery times may vary depending on production, carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures or other unforeseen events.
If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the promised or otherwise applicable delivery period, we will contact the customer regarding the delay and available options.
8. Returns and Personalized Products
Because the Team Edition is individually customized according to the customer’s specifications, the product may be excluded from a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where required by applicable law, provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement or refund.
9. Cancellations
Orders for personalized products may be cancelled only before production has started, where technically and commercially possible.
Once production of a customized order has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, layouts and product designs, is owned by or licensed to My Cheer Journal unless otherwise stated.
This content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
11. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
